08 FOUNDER
Principal psychologist and managing director of a multidisciplinary, NDIS-registered allied-health practice in the Hunter, NSW. Founded H-Project Tech in 2026 to turn what the practice keeps teaching into small, honest software, proven on that floor before it is sold to anyone else.
A practice is a running experiment in people under pressure: clinicians, admin, families, and the owner. Most software for that world is built by people who have never sat in the room. I sit in the room every week. That is the unfair advantage, and it is the only one I claim.
The workshop runs on a written method rather than enthusiasm. Every idea passes four gates: validate, prove, build, tend. One reviewer's only job is to kill it. The pass bar is written down before a test runs and is never moved after. Parked work stays on the record, because a workshop that hides its misses is selling you something.
The build side is an AI agent studio I designed and operate: validation, design, engineering, QA, security review and release run as coordinated teams under one human decision-maker. Agents draft; a human publishes, deploys and sells. Permanently. That rule is why the workshop ships like a studio of forty on one founder's hours without the quality drifting.
Father of two in Newcastle. Writes country songs, slowly. Built a card-collecting app with a nine-year-old co-founder who is the toughest tester in the company. The dad part is not a side note: what people carry home shapes their families, and most of what this workshop builds starts there.
